Getting the art room unpacked and set up finally and starting to list a lot of the things I made in the summer and fall of 2011, and slowly catching up online here and there!

I have decided that I will start listing all nudes and adult themed art underneath a different site and a different name – as Faerydae-Elfwitch.com(and the other fantasy art sites) is just far better suited to my fantasy/ faery/ mermaid/ elf/ dragon/ halloween art themes and the sexy nudes and erotic art just seemed to stick out like a sore thumb!

So I will now be posting all my adult/erotic art on NaughtyliciousArt.com.

And listing it under the ebay ID “NaughtyliciousArt”

So okay, I’m starting to re-enter the comic world, at long long last, and it feels a little like coming home!

Though I’m just doing some comic art cards and commissions … and not collecting, because, well, that’s an addiction and I just get wayyyyyy out of hand when I start reading comics. LOL.

So anyways, turns out there is a huge community for comic art out there (who knew? I suppose *I* should have,  lol!) and there is even a huge art card community – though they call them personal sketch cards. Geeez when I stopped collecting in the late 90′s, cards weren’t really all that big of a deal – but now it’s a huge industry!

So I scored some prismacolor markers, and started playing with those … I’ve been fascinated by what other artists are putting out with THEIR markers and OMG – these things are SOOOO freaking COOL! So if anyone wants to send me presents?? Send me these markers – cuz they are EXPENSIVE! (seriously, if you want to show me HUGE love, send me markers – or gift certificates to Michael’s! hee hee!)

Anyways, thought I’d give folks a little peek at some of the cards I started on last night …

The chibi Dawn card (from Lisner’s Dawn comic for those that have never seen his AMAZING comic!) is currently my favorite right now … I couldn’t resist trying to do an uber-cute chibi of her, and I think it came out really nicely so far!

Right now I am SERIOUSLY wishing that I could get a hold of one of the larger prismacolor pen sets, and it KILLS me because I found a GREAT set for dirt cheap on ebay, BUT I have NO way to buy them – it’s just a freaking crying shame!

By the time my listings expire and they are possibly purchased to getting the money, that great deal is going to fly right past me, once again. *sigh* Wouldn’t it freaking ROCK to have a patron or two that would be willing to fund purchasing art supplies in order to be able to create even more artwork … it’s soooo hard to be able to afford the little I do get in supplies, that sometimes I just wish I’d find someone willing to toss some art supplies off some wish list as a surprise gift a couple times a year, LOL!

Actually that might not be such a horrid idea, to create a gift wish list – that way my family and friends at the very least would be able to use that if they ever wanted to buy me art stuff but weren’t sure what I’d love to have!

Wouldn’t that be nice though? To have a surprise gift in the mail off your art supply wish list unexpectedly arrive one day???

What do you think? I’d love to hear what your thoughts on that would be!

Okay so I really don’t do as much fairy art as I probably should (I know! I know! – if there was ever anyone that should be doing gobs and gobs of it, it’s me, right? LOL!) … soo this I did precisely for that reason … because I really *ought* to be doing more fairy art.

So here’s a cute and pretty fairy for those of you that love the lighter side of the fey … I keep meaning to go to deeper places with this sort of theme, but I just can’t seem to find anything with enough substance in me to do it justice yet … maybe someday though!

Anyways, I like this one enough to list her, lol.

Yay! This one was a long time in coming … school and a variety of other things kept delaying it so I was sooo happy to finally get it done!

And now with school out – I can start painting more and doing some sculpting! Kinda curious if I can finish a few sculpts this summer!

Yup – I actually have some art hung up at a local gallery in a full fledged show with other artists – and it has been a long long long time!!

I am really out of my league and am rather intimidated by how freaking GREAT they all are, but i figured, well, even if my art does suck compared to theirs … so what? LOL!

But yeah, these artists are AMAZING – it’s an honor to be allowed to show alongside of them!

I did take a couple of pictures of my work on the wall and of my prints on the shelf … but for some reason I was all stupid and didn’t take a picture of my art on the shelves …. ah well!

Here’s the wall that my pieces are hung, they are the 4 on the far right …

I am in LOVE with the top two larger paintings … aren’t they exquisite??

I thought it looked pretty cool,but then I am most assuredly biased, hee hee!

The show runs until June 8th, so it will be up for a little bit … which is pretty exciting for me!

Well finally getting progress done on my commissions, and finishing them!

Here is one of them all done – I was asked to do something similar to Bella, but different and larger … and this is how she turned out!

I really like how it turned out! I am going to make prints of this one for sure!
